Sage Behavioral Health offers a wide range of services to support mental and emotional well-being.
I believe therapy should be more than a conversation—it should be a catalyst for transformation. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line; it was a journey through fog, shame, and silence into clarity, joy, and self-acceptance. That journey continues every day, and it’s the reason I do this work.
For years, I didn’t feel like I could be fully myself. I lived in fear and carried the quiet weight of believing I wasn’t enough. It wasn’t until I began to explore what truly mattered to me—my values—that things began to shift. I discovered that healing happens when we connect deeply to who we are and what lights us up, not just through talking, but by living in alignment with what we care about most.
That belief is at the heart of my work. I help people uncover their values, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have lost along the way. And I don’t believe therapy should only happen in a room with two chairs. Healing can come through animals, creativity, nature, spirituality, music, movement, stillness, or something uniquely personal. My role is to help each person find their own path—one that feels real, alive, and uniquely theirs.
My long-term vision is bold: to help reinvent what therapy looks like. In the short term, that means offering traditional services in an intentionally different way—focusing on the full spectrum of human connection. Over time, I plan to bring together a community of healers, artists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries across Montana to support whole-person wellness. Eventually, I hope to build a space—a retreat center—where caregivers and helpers can come to rest, rediscover themselves, and return to their work with joy.
I know what it’s like to live in grayscale. I also know what it’s like to come through it and finally see the world in color. That’s the journey I want to walk with others—toward authenticity, clarity, and a life that feels deeply true.
Because when people reconnect with who they truly are, they don’t just find healing—they unlock the power to live with courage, with clarity, and with joy.
And there’s no better place to do that work than right here in Montana. In communities like Livingston and Bozeman, where the pace is slower but the pressure to hold it all together still runs deep, mental wellness is more than a personal need—it’s a community necessity. Too many people are silently carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, disconnection, and self-doubt. In places surrounded by natural beauty and wide-open space, the internal landscape can still feel closed off.
That’s why this work matters here. Because in a place where the sky is endless and the possibilities seem wide open,, people deserve to feel just as peaceful and grounded inside. My mission is to help create that sense of inner freedom—right here in the heart of Montana.
